Effective date: October 2026. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we sell nothing.

What we collect

Waitlist and accounts. When you join the waitlist we store your email address, your chosen role, and any plan interest you select — nothing else. When an account exists later, we store your email, your saved counties, watchlists, and preferences.

Server logs. Our hosting records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested path) for security and rate limiting, retained for a short window. We do not use advertising trackers or sell traffic data.

What we do with it

Your email is used to confirm your waitlist spot and, later, to deliver sale-date reminders and alerts you ask for. Role and plan interest are used to decide which launch emails you get. No third-party email lists, no ad networks.

Removal

Ask us at the contact page and we delete your waitlist or account record, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Deletions are permanent and immediate.

Cookies

We use local storage for your theme and watchlist while you’re not signed in. When accounts ship, a login session cookie is set as strictly necessary. No analytics cookies.

Data sources

The data we publish is public-record tax sale information from counties and statutes; it is not personal data and is not subject to this policy’s controls.
