Tax-sale investing shouldn’t favor whoever has the most free time.
We exist to help first-time buyers find tax-sale deals with official sources — county publications and primary statutes, not scraper aggregators. Every property tax sale is announced by a county somewhere: a collector website, a legal notice, a spreadsheet. We collect those, quote the governing statute next to every rule, and diff the lists daily so you see movement before sale day.
02 · How the data works
Official sources only, confidence-scored.
Every auction list and rule page states its source URL and a confidence level. High means we re-verified against the statute this season; low means treat it as a starting point. Data changes — we show the change history, not just the current state.
03 · What we are not
Not a law firm, not a broker, not a guru.
We publish public records and the rules that govern the process. We don’t take commissions, don’t sell leads, and don’t offer advice. Before you bid, read the county’s own sale terms — we tell you exactly where they live. See the disclaimer.
