Is the data really official?: Yes. Every auction list is pulled from county and collector publications, never aggregators, and rules are quoted against the primary statute.
What does the price range mean?: Investor and Pro scale with coverage and usage — counties tracked, seats, and API volume. You only move up a band when you outgrow the one below.
Can I cancel anytime?: Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual billing gives you 2 months free, and cancellations take effect at the end of the period.
Do you offer API access on Investor?: API access is a Pro feature. Investor includes CSV export of every list and watchlist.
